How has the last 18 months in the Concordia Graduate Program impacted your work as an educator? This program has made me look at every situation that arises from different eyes. I think about situations differently. I have always reflected on daily routines, situations, problems, the good , and the bad. I feel I now reflect from different points of view. I find myself listening more. How have you grown personally and professionally? Professionally I try to think about how I would handle every situation that comes up if I was in charge. personally, I have gained some great friends/colleagues What are 3 major criticisms from the Concordia Graduate Program? I am hoping to maintain a sense of confidence and reassurances of what it takes to be a great leader.
